So from what i interpreted from the warning is that mysql server 8.3 which is apparently the latest version of mysql server is not supported in the latest version of the mysql workbench?
The last time i installed mysql workbench (about 5 years ago), the system already had visual studio installed, and i didn't get any of this I went to the visual studio website to install it on my new machine, and was faced with 17 different options for installing visual studio. It appears the command “load data local infile” work on versions of mysql server and mysql workbench before 8.0. This appears to have been done for security reason.
