It sat for about 8 months and has just been cranked up and run for any amount of time in the past 2 weeks I got it out today and let it run. I've rebuilt about 5 6l80 transmissions now with a lot of help from ben who goes by ctchevy here on pirate Since this transmission is gaining popularity, i figured i would share what i have learned about how to take these transmissions apart and how to rebuild them with stock or aftermarket.
