1 is leaving night light on long periods of time bad for my computer I'm trying to schedule the light mode/dark mode in windows personalization settings using task scheduler, so that windows theme colors will change based on time of day, which is also better for eyes. What night light setting does is just to decrease light of display, and maybe not equally all colours, but blue is reduced a bit more then the others.
