I’ve been looking into downloading nbtexplorer, but there hasn’t been any activity on the github page since 2017 New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast. Does it still work for more recent versions of the game

Is there a more recently updated software that is recommended instead? I know what the entity is but i cant get into to the actual world to delete it Trying nbtexplorer for the first time, but get this trying to open any of the level.dat files one or more selected files failed to open tried searching the web for a solution, but no joy
Read an earlier thread on this subreddit saying the formats for 1.16 didn't change anything so it should work (was a few months back though)
(i am a bedrock player) to my understanding nbtexplorer can be used to give players items in survival without have to get them When i installed it my antivirus said it detected something and now says infected I installed the msi version and immediately uninstalled upon seeing that message. You don’t even need nbt explorer
When you are spectating your world, hit esc (or get to menu) and open the game up a lan session and in that window, turn on cheats Then with cheats turned on you can change the game mode from spectator to creative or survival You lose all the things you had on you but whatever, it’s a price to pay.

I've googled how to do this and i've edited all the instances of pos that i can find but my position does not change when i open mc. Open nbt explorer and browse to the folder where the file is saved Pic find the region that you wrote down I'm very new at nbt and i'm trying to save my world since me and a couple of friends are going to use it as a personal server
