Upon inspection by another buick dealership, they have determined my turbocharger is leaking coolant I replaced the upper intake manifold and gasket| cleaned off and replaced sparked plugs and cleaned plug wells| changed coolant sensor (broken)| thermostat the buick is still. That would explain the antifreeze/coolant smell but there is little physical evidence since it hits the hot part of the engine compartment and then physically disappears.
