I just upgrade our version of solidworks and pdm from 2019 to 2020 a couple days ago, and ever since then i've noticed an excessive amount of swxxxxxx folders are continuously being created on my hard drive, all of them empty Initially, it ran ok (small graphics glitch that i won't get into). There are currently 53 folders, which is after i deleted 131 of them this morning I have recently installed swx 2018 on a surface book (16gb I used an admin image to upgrade.

I just deleted 130 today and i'm sure there will be a few more tomorrow My temp folders all look correct Does anyone know where these folders come from? I am now using 2017 swx but a 2016 swx folder is still there even though before installing swx 2017, i uninstalled sw 2016 and reboot the system
Is it good to delete it to prevent any unforeseen problems? Is it possible to delete all custom properties in a document [document will be open in swx] regardless of property name I can delete them individually, as long as i know the name, but that requires editing the macro to add the name (s). If i saved and closed all swx files in a folder on desktop it is not possible to move that folder into another folder unless i close the swx application

That means i want to move the folder that contain swx files without closing the swx application. If it weren't for the missing planes and origin, i'd say that the file save got screwed up Since critical swx design features are missing, i'm at a loss for what happened Use your solidworks id or 3dexperience id to log in.
Over the last few weeks i've had a repeated occurrence of virtual parts being deleted It is extremely irritating as most of these parts are only virtual, thus i have to remake them To my knowledge there is no program on my pc which would be clearing.
