Due to recent changes, the receipt scan feature will no longer be available as of july 25th 2024, and you will no longer be able to earn cash back by scanning receipts through microsoft. I had this issue as well, but i was able to somewhat get a workaround

I had it change back to the new one overnight on it's own but resetting it again makes it work Hasn't swapped back to the new look.
