Quantv looks amazing, i‘m just not sure because of the past issues it had with malware But the money shot usually comes from reshade applying which isn’t a graphics mod but like Is quantv 3.0 safe now

Quantv uses enb by default and you can add reshade and rtgi (basically ray tracing reshade consisting of gloval illumination and ambient occlusion) you can also add nbvisual, vremastered, la trees, la roads, lively world expansion, and forests of sa. Quantv even has an option to add raindrops on cars without replacing the dirt texture But quant isn't totally compatible with the fsr mod, the night sky will have red starfield, the raindrops on car won't appear, the blood effect won't appear either (if you don't like it you can disable it) and som other effect will not work. (i’m using the july version of quantv so it doesn’t contain malware) i saw some videos using nve for textures only and quantv for enb and colours and all that stuff.
Truehello, i have a 3070 ti, ryzen 5600x and 32gb ddr4 ram Only go for the paid version of quantv, anything else other than their patreon usually isn't a good idea to get another good option is nve, another patreon mod but you combine quant with nve and you have nearly youtube thumbnail graphics. The best way to uninstall quantv on fivem is to download the no enb installer, use the quantv uninstaller and then delete the quantv file from fivem A lot of people forget that quantv is still installed to their fivem application data > mods folder and it leaves them with the blue stars & red streaks.
But the main way is to firstly install nve, than quantv 3.0, and than realism beyond, everything will work as intended and look great in the long run
Of course some stuff will flicker but not enough that it will be noticeable
