My lower unit seals kit arrived yesterday morning from brown point marine (best suzuki online store ever!)
Everything went back together fairly simple, i checked the pressure of the new seals and the lower unit held 12 psi steady for 5 min… since the lower unit was off, i decided to change the water pump and while it was still in the vice i added the new lower unit oil Just acquired older 20ft alumaweld with 200hp 2stroke,boat ,have to keep both hands on steering wheel because it wants to go to the right.if u let go it plunges to the right I needed to check an issue i was having with my reactor 40 for my yamaha 9.9 kicker today so i backed it into the water at the launch Fired up the motor and noticed water coming out of these 2 spots on the motor
Ive had this motor for 12 years and never noticed water there before Fop been fishing the wilson river for 20 plus years out of drift boat Thought i saw it all Last year two guys in a pavati hooked a couple fish in the anchor hole
